U.S. Trade Representative, Jamieson Greer
Jamieson Greer, born 47 years ago as of tomorrow, on March 4, 1979, and originally from Albany, New York, served in the U.S. Air Force Judge Advocate General’s Corps after completing his law degree and a master’s in global business law. Prior to his current Cabinet-level role, he worked in private practice focusing on international trade and national security issues and previously served as Chief of Staff at the U.S. Trade Representative’s office.
On February 27, 2025, he was confirmed by the U.S. Senate as the 20th U.S. Trade Representative under President Donald J. Trump’s administration, bringing a blend of military, legal and trade-negotiation experience to the role.
