No Returns. No Exchanges. All Sales are Final.
First, thank you for shopping with us! We strive to provide high-quality products and exceptional service. Please note, however, that all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges for any items purchased from our store.
The reason: All orders are for custom made products therefore returns and or exchanges are not accepted.
Should the Customer receive a damaged product the Customer can be eligible for a store credit. The Customer must follow these steps within 72 hours receipt of said damaged product to be eligible for a credit.
Email us using this contact form. In the email (1) Describe the condition of the damaged product received; and, (2) Include the Order Number.
The Customer should also take a photo of the damaged product at that time. The Customer will be asked to submit that photo, thru a separate email correspondence, during the damaged product review process.
If in the sole determination of WaveRocket the Customer is eligible for a store credit, such credit will be in an amount equal to the purchase price of the damaged product.
